lo·gos: an argument's logical appeal

While nascent, Integral Emergence (IE) is exceptional in its emphasis on igniting the collective capacity of groups to co-create conditions that produce change, rather than injecting change or "making change happen". 

We build supportive interior (personal and interpersonal) and exterior (behavioral and systemic) scaffolding within and between global change-agents. Engaging greater depth of awareness and range of perspective enlivens our human potential, empowering us to address urgent challenges and create new possibilities in many different ways. 

Emergent solutions naturally appear as we engage effective questions, rules, and structures of interaction. Previously invisible opportunities arise as we break apart silos of assumption and isolation, becoming more vigilant of the whole as a collective. Diverse commitments towards a centralized goal amplify and align collective understanding of the problems facing us.
