eth·os: an argument's ethical appeal
Humanity is facing an unprecedented convergence of interrelated pressures. The complexity of these non-linear problems requires the development and strategic implementation of non-linear solutions. Individual sectors alone cannot address these challenges.
We need generative, dynamic, and wisely integrated initiatives.
We facilitate and consult with leaders, businesses, non-profits, policy creators, think tanks, governments, institutions, and community organizations in the following fields:
Integral Liberation
Integral Theory is a map through which various dimensions of reality can be seen. It is a powerful tool for understanding individual and cultural narratives, as well as their analogous behaviors and systems.
Comprehensive and inclusive by nature, its greatest practical strength may be its ability to simplify complexity. The result of working with this theory tends to be an increase in clarity, curiosity, and empowerment. It helps us identify salient leverage points for producing efficient, effective, and sustainable change.
Engaging Emergence
Emergence is a process in which several agents interact- creating something completely new- the result of which is greater than the sum of its parts.
Rather than retro-fitting an existing assumption onto a current problem, together we create containers to enliven collective intelligence and transform insight into ambitious, iterative action.
We create newly organizing frameworks. We intentionally connect diverse perspectives, globally cross-pollinate, and attempt to master "getting the right people in the room." Our emphasis rests equally on the quality of interactions as much as the people or elements interacting.
Catalyzing Transformation
Cultural norms and individual values are manifest in our behavior and the systems we create. Likewise, systems and behaviors assist in creating our perspectives.
We assist in turning the mirror around to look deeply at ourselves as a part of the whole. We are part of the system we are pushing away from, and our participation in it is perpetuating it.
Together we encourage systemic shifts by creating fertile conditions for individuals and cultures to arrive and enact their own versions of what a sustainable world looks like.
